Excellent blade. Matches the description and delivered quickly. The edge straight out of the box is impressive — Côme really does sharpen every knife before it ships.

Beautiful knife overall. The steel holds an edge longer than my previous German blade and the handle is well balanced. Only minor note: it takes a few days to adjust to such a thin blade, but the cutting is unreal once you do.
